If your bespoke ensemble does not fit perfectly, bring it to any professional tailor in Canada or the US. We will reimburse up to $50 CAD in alteration credits directly to your patron account or original payment method upon receipt of the tailoring invoice.
Ready-to-Wear & Unstitched Textiles
Unstitched luxury lawn, chiffon suits, and standard ready-to-wear pret (XS–XL) in original, unworn condition with intact boutique security tags may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- Fabrics must not be cut, washed, or unraveled.
- Original keepsake gift box and accessories must accompany the return parcel.
- Complimentary return postage labels are provided for all domestic Canadian returns.
Custom Bespoke & Bridal Ensembles
Because custom bespoke bridal lehengas, peshwas, and ghararas are hand-embroidered to your 14-point physiological measurements over 120–280 artisan hours, they are not eligible for standard returns. However, all bespoke items are covered by:
