How the Guarantee Functions

  1. Receive Your Ensemble: Try on your bespoke suit upon arrival. Our master cutters work to a rigorous ±0.25 inch tolerance.
  2. Local Alterations Reimbursed: If minor calibration is desired (e.g., hemlines, sleeve tapering, bust ease), visit your trusted local tailor anywhere in Canada or the USA.
  3. Instant Credit Claim: Submit a photo of your tailor receipt through your Patron Portal or email support@sumeraboutique.ca within 14 days of receipt.
  4. Automatic Reimbursement: We immediately reimburse up to $50 CAD directly to your original payment method or credit your Atelier Loyalty wallet with bonus points.
